Valley of Pleasure has a Discussion evening each Thursday at 9:30PM EST. A topic is not always ready so suggestions are encouraged! If you have suggestions then bring them with you!
Valley of Pleasure also has a Paint Night each Friday at 9PM EST called "Avatar Making With A Twist." This means that there is no time limit so you can take as long as you need.
I generally post the images but you don't have to use the images that I post. you can use your own, or work on something that you already have in the works. All that I ask is that when you post, put SAMPLE on the av if you don't want to donate it to the room for one of our board auctions.

The AV Auction House was built and it stated on the room entrance: Here you are welcome to hold an auction, test avatars or other special events. This is a place to let your creativity show.
In the past the room was mainly used for AV auctions and AV testing. However with growth of the site, people are wanting to use it more frequently for other events, which is excellent.
If you wish to use the room, I would appreciate that you book the room. This should be done by making a post in this section with the date and time, along with posting it to the calendar (link found on the userlist).
The room will be booked first come/first served. That will be told by the date and time of your posting.

Hello *S*
This is an abbreviated version of an email sent to all room owners.
Personal boards, blogs, facebood etc has changed the use of the SC boards. Therefore, boards that are inactive have been removed and a new section called Boards & Blogs has been created.
The sub-sections are self explanatory. All the usual posting on the board rules apply, except those we recognize as frequent SC visitors may post these boards without approval and once you post the link to your other place, it will be locked and not removed with the monthly clean up. The only time it will chance removal if it it dead links continually over a period of time.
Room owners, if still up, may request the removal of their board and of course always request the return.
Not only will this allow you to advertise your other place, it could bring traffic there and ultimately traffic to your room here.

Thank you lara! I really appreciate the ideas at anytime. It's hard to come up with them sometimes. Some of your suggestions have been done, at least in part, and can be found at the link in the post above but some can always be redone with different twists.
Again, thank you for the ideas and expect to see some of them in the coming schedule.
